Linking genetic resources, genomes and phenotypes of Solanaceous crops
- Description
The G2P-SOL project focuses on the harmonisation of information on solanaceous germplasm resources performing sequence-based genotyping and phenotyping for traits of strategic importance for each crop. The generation of genotyping information and its linking with phenotypes will significatively accelerate the discovery of novel traits and their use in crop improvements.
